Beef Burgundy

Another nice day...thank you God for blessing us with such a nice day today. It was almost like Spring. I followed my menu that I hade planned and tonight it was beef burgundy. Now I know it sounds oh so complicated and fancy, but thanks to this Gooseberry Patch recipe it wasn't as hard as sounds. I love recipes like that.
