I am tired of winter so I decided to have some summer at home granted it came from my kitchen and gooseberry patch. I must say that these ribs stayed extra moist and were plenty yummy. I used bushe's baked beans as a side and made from scratch sweet corn bread. Like I said summer from my kitchen! Bon Appetite!!

Ok the recipe called for 7-8 lbs. country style ribs, sliced into serving size portions, I used about 3-4 lbs. country style ribs. I'm feeding 3 adults not 12-15 :)
3-4 lbs. country style ribs ( I like beef, not as greasy as pork)
salt to taste
2 onions, sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- Place ribs in ungreased large roaster pan; sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Top ribs with onions, and brown sugar and 3/4 cup of your favorite bbq sauce.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover and add remaining sauce.
- Increase oven to 400 degrees; bake an additional 30 min.
- Makes 12-15 servings if you use 7-8lbs of meat, serves 3 adults with 5 ribs each if you use 3-4 lbs. of meat.
