Turkey Noodle Casserole

Ok I know it was suppose to be tuna but I wanted to use up some leftover turkey and it was on the menu any who! I love how versatile turkey is...I mean come on you can have turkey pot pie, turkey noodle casserole, turkey al king, and more. So I tweaked this recipe by using turkey instead of the tuna, and I forgot the cheese. I would suggest using mozzarella or even a good Colby jack combo. Bon Appetite!
