Made June 7th
8 slices of bacon, cut into 1-in. pieces 2 C. broccoli, chopped (I did cauliflower)
1/2 tsp. minced garlic 8 oz. box rigatoni pasta, cooked
8 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella 1/4 C. parmesan grated 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat, stirring occassionally, until bacon is crisp.
- Add broccoli and garlic; cook until broccoli is crisp tender.
- Stir in pasta, and mozzarella, parmesan and cayenne; heat through until cheese is melted.
- Serves 6-8
